 MacGregor Fire Protection Services Ltd has been established for over thirty years. They provide Extinguishers, Alarm Systems, Signage, Training and Sprinkler Systems to the whole of the North of Scotland. They have experience in supplying Fire Protection Services across a range of industries including the following: Distilling Industry, Energy Industry, Leisure and Recreation, Nursing and Residential Homes, Hotels/Guest Houses/Hostels, Retail and Business Premises, Colleges, Estates and Castles and HM Prison Service. |

Customer Service

 MacGregor have built a reputation for excellent customer service. Customers can call into the showroom to discuss their needs and see our products. Their engineers will always phone prior to an appointment to confirm that they will be calling at convenient time. The office is always manned by helpful staff which ensures minimal response times for the local engineers. MacGregors offers a 24 hour call out for resetting their customer’s fire alarms. There is a next day service for an extinguisher refill and often it can be done on the same day. If it is more convenient you can drop your extinguisher off at the showroom and pick it up refilled on your way home. |
